become more creative in your coaching practice and…ultimately life!
"There are two ways of being creative.
One can sing and dance. Or one can create an environment in which singers and dancers flourish." Warren G. Bennis
As a coach, consultant, manager or teacher you have the opportunity to do both – be creative and, at the same time, provide an environment for your clients, colleagues, pupils to find their creative solutions.
What gives me such pleasure is bringing people together and providing a rich and safe environment for you to try something new, have fun and learn an enormous amount about yourself and others.
For over 30 years I have been facilitating or participating in learning groups of all types. This workshop is the culmination of all those experiences and guarantees to be a riot of ideas and activities that will surprise, challenge and delight you.
Gestalt focuses on Creatively Adapting to each new situation rather than habitually repeating the same worn out responses. When we are on great form and feel relaxed in good company, then we engage easily and effortlessly with others. This is sometimes referred to as ‘being in flow’.
To find this ‘flow state’ we have to be acutely aware of both ourselves - what we feel/think/need and what the other needs/wants. The communicating of our needs to each other in a way that achieves a productive and creative meeting we call Dialogue.
This special charitable workshop is about finding your creative, spontaneous self and engaging with others in a way that builds a satisfying and engaging relationship.
We will draw on our experience of working with colour, movement and voice to give you a profound experience of being in the moment, finding that spontaneous expression of yourself and communicating it to others.
The workshop is suitable for anyone who is interested in coaching and personal growth. I will be explaining demonstrating and teaching my ideas and methodology so it will be useful for those who are coaches and want to extend their repertoire of skills and techniques.
Look forward to seeing you there for a great day.

About the JDRF
John has run all of his London Marathons in support of the JDRF. His youngest daughter has type 1 diabetes.

JDRF (www.jdrf.org)is the leader in research leading to a cure for type 1 diabetes in the world. It sets the global agenda for diabetes research, and is the largest charitable funder and advocate of diabetes science worldwide.
The mission of JDRF is to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research. Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease that strikes children and adults suddenly, and can be fatal. Until a cure is found, people with type 1 diabetes have to test their blood sugar and give themselves insulin injections multiple times or use a pump - each day, every day of their lives. And even with that intensive care, insulin is not a cure for diabetes, nor does it prevent its eventual and devastating complications, which may include kidney failure, blindness, heart disease, stroke, and amputation.
