Five year licences
The AoEC: Provides the training materials, including all updates, use of our booking systems for course participants, listing of courses on the web site, support through access to our faculty plus guidance on finding participants and suitable venues, accreditation for participants at assessments. All graduates are offered membership of the AoEC alumni and the opportunity to attend the AoEC conference.
You: Identify and source participants within the local market, find and book suitable venues, run the local administration for the course, delivery of training materials etc. carry-out local language translations where necessary.
Investment: There is a one off, up front investment in the licence to run the courses. This depends on the course, for example: £28,875 for the advanced diploma and £13,875 for the intermediate diploma. You invest in any faculty we provide until your own are trained and accredited and then pay a royalty of 15% of the locally agreed market rate per participant.
Exclusive territory partnerships
The AoEC: Agrees with you a territory licence, which means that all training opportunities (for licensed programmes) within that territory are allocated to you, whether locally delivered or through one of the AoEC Open Programmes. You are provided with your own AoEC web pages to advertise the training programmes.
You: Develop a business plan for the territory, the delivery of which is necessary for the continuity of the licence. Market and manage the local delivery of all licensed programmes.
Investment: A licensing fee is payable for the territory. This is equal to €1,000 within Europe per million population within the territory, US $1,000 outside Europe per million population. Adjustments are possible to take account of local GDP; licence pricings are available on request. In addition you need to invest in an upfront fee for the licences for the programmes you wish to market within the territory.
Globally delivered coach training
The AoEC: will run one of its programmes locally at a venue fixed by agreement. We provide the materials, the faculty, the assessment, booking systems and marketing specifically for the programme, including registration of the programme on the web site.
You: Identify the first 50% of the participants to attend the course. Work with the AoEC on the local marketing. Have preferential opportunity to be assistant faculty on the course.
Investment Time and your own contacts are the best place to start to attract participants on the course. You pay your own expenses. We will pay you a finder fee for each full fee paying participant on the course, equivalent to 25% of the fee of each participant you bring onto the course.
