Free Introduction to Coaching Open Event

Learn more about coaching, what it is, and how to be good at it plus you'll see a Master Coach in action. You'll hear about our full range of highly accredited courses, so that you can decide which one could be right for you and you'll network with like minded colleagues.

The day will be facilitated by our CEO and EMCC UK President, John Leary-Joyce, who will conduct an interactive and experiential coaching demonstration.
It will include:

  • What is coaching and how can it improve performance
  • The difference between coaching mentoring and counselling
  • The GROW model of coaching
  • Key listening and questioning skills
  • Live coaching demonstration by Master Coach John Leary-Joyce
  • Q&A session

Following a buffet lunch there will then be a detailed session on the coaching market, accreditation, the AoEC programmes and how we can assist you personally in your coaching career.

Follow up the afternoon with a complimentary 1-1 tele-coaching session with our faculty. This will help you clarify your personal and professional goals and allow you to ask further questions

Team Coach Training Open Event

John Leary-Joyce, CEO of the AoEC and EMCC UK President along with Marion Gillie, are creating an integrative model of Team Coaching. This specialist open event will outline their complex, systemic approach that demands a much wider range of competencies than individual coaching.

This free, exciting and experiential event will:

  • Provide a clear understanding of the concept and benefits of Team Coaching
  • Outline the Systemic Context of Team coaching

This event is for practising coaches looking to develop their team coaching. Those interested in learning these competencies and frameworks in more depth could participate in the Systemic Team Coaching Diploma.
