  • Gestalt Coaching Diploma - Part 1
    This 2-day workshop provides an overview to Gestalt principles and practice and is a pre-requisite to Part 2 which is a 4 day more in depth programme.
     
  • Gestalt Coaching Diploma - Part 2
    Part 2 consists of 2 x 2 day modules which follow on from the Gestalt Coaching workshop and aims to give you a more profound understanding of the principles of Gestalt and how to embed them in your practice. It builds on the core methodology covered in the first workshop and will help you further develop coaching skills at a deeper level in order to bring about significant change in yourself, in others and in their organisations.
     
  • Somatic Cognitive Coaching
    2 day non-residential programme. This course is ideal for practising executive coaches or consultants who would like a greater insight into and understanding of Somatic Cognitive Coaching. At its simplest, Somatic Cognitive Coaching, a development of 'Bodywork', is paying attention to and acting on, the vast amount of information from our own and others’ bodies, as well as our thoughts and perceptions and how one informs and dynamically interacts with the other.
     
  • Cognitive Behavioural Coaching
    A 2 day non-residential programme. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (aka: CBT) takes the view that how we react to events is determined by how we think about them. By examining and re-evaluating our belief systems and thought patterns we can develop more effective behaviours.A CBT approach offers a time limited, goal directed, here and now approach aimed at helping individuals develop action plans for change

  • Transactional Analysis
    TA is widely recognised in the fields of organisational development and education as well as counselling and psychotherapy. It is considered an approach which is easily accessible yet highly applicable to coaches for understanding individuals, relationships and communication
     
  • The Psychological Dimensions of Coaching
    In this practitioner based module the emphasis is on translating psychological principles into practical coaching applications. Such frameworks offer models, techniques and tools which enable the coach to make sense of the personal challenges faced by many clients, while also providing the conceptual base for developing and applying psychological literacy.
