Individual AEC Coach Accreditation
We at the AEC recognize that accreditation is becoming essential
for organizations purchasing coaching programmes.
Certification and Accreditation, what's the difference?
Certification/Qualification - is the award recieved when a course is completed, it confirms that you have completed the training up to a required standard at that particular time.
Accreditation or Credentialising (US)is awarded for post-qualification Continued Professional Development. This means that the coaches practice has been reviewed every 3 years and evaluated by a panel as up to date and up to standard.
As leading experts in coach training we are now in a position to offer
accreditation for the graduates of the Foundation Diploma and Advanced Diploma programmes.
Individual accreditation through the AEC for you, our graduates, means
that you can be part of the AEC brand and you will be able
to work with the AEC. You will also belong to a ‘Community
of Practice’ which is dedicated to innovative thinking,
professional practice and personal development.
Whether you have graduated from the Foundation or Advanced
programme, we will have got to know you as a coach, your growing
edges and your professional goals. And you will know how we
work, our commitment to excellence and our desire to support
our participants in their continued professional success.
We want to continue to build on this partnership by offering
accreditation.
