All our coaches are experienced and have completed extensive accredited training.

You will be provided with unique access to our network of 40+ highly qualified coaches. Each has a depth of commercial/organisational experience, and the ability to achieve exceptional results with executives.

  • A coherent coaching model – your executives will achieve their goals through a coaching process based on tried and tested principles, values and practice.
  • Confidence in achieving results – succes is ensured through their skill, knowledge, personality, scope of their model and their own organisational experience.

Support to help manage your programme

Diagnosing Needs

  • Organisational consultancy to assesses your current coaching needs, objectives and activities, benchmarked against other organisations. This process enables you to achieve a bespoke programme tailored to meet your strategic goals.

Matching the right coaches

  • An AEC Coach Director will meet your executives individually to assess their development needs, brief them on the process and identify appropriate coaches.
  • Your executive/manager will choose their coach from a shortlist of between 1-3 coaches recommended by the AEC Coach Director.

Managing the coaching programme

  • We work with your executive, their line manager, senior management and HR to ensure that the coaching needs of the executive are aligned to business priorities, and ensure achievement of specific organisational objectives. 
  • Opportunities for orgaisational learning will be fed back to the organisation to ensure continued performance development.

Ensuring you receive maximum benefit

  • We will help you identify the standards and measures you want in place in order to evaluate your coaching programme. 
  • A review meeting will be held at the end of each assignment to analyse and evaluate the outcomes of coaching with the desired objectives, and calculate the Return on Investment.
