ethics
- How to build a strong professional client relationship
- Ability to draw upon psychologically grounded coaching skills
to promote client development, encourage breakthrough and deepen
understanding
- How to align coaching to the business and organisational context
- Effective closure to exceed client, coach and sponsor expectations
Structure and Style
Participants work with the AEC’s comprehensive coaching model
of Beginnings, Middles and Endings to mirror the Executive Coaching
process.
