Masterclass Series
A Unique Opportunity for You to…
- Learn from coaching demonstrations of top UK
executive coaches.
- Extend your expertise with tools and tips from
seasoned practitioners.
- Revisit your coaching model and include some
of these radical perspectives.
- Understand how this approach would fit in an
organisational and leadership context.
Who is it for?
- Experienced coaches wishing to compare and contrast coaching
approaches
- New coaches wanting to observe skilled coaches at work
- Anyone wishing to network with other involved and active
executive coaches
What does it deliver?
- Exposure to different and effective coaching methods
to enhance your repertoire of coaching skills and techniques
- Opportunity to test and fine-tune your coaching model
using new, different techniques
- A forum of coaching peers with whom to discuss coaching
practices
Structure and Style
The Masterclass programme day is divided
into two parts.
Part 1(9am – 1pm)
Our featured Master Coaches will…
- Outline their model and philosophical framework of practice
- Present case examples of client work
- Demonstrate their coaching practice and/or supervision with a participant as client
- Discuss and debate theoretical and practitioner issues
with the participants
Part 2(2 – 4.30pm)
Peer Practice Groups
This is your opportunity, in a small facilitated peer group,
to discuss the impact of the Master Coach input on your own
theoretical and philosophical approach. There will then be
time to practice coaching with some of the techniques and
methodologies that have been illustrated by the Master Coach. |
