At the AoEC we understand the difference that coaching can make to the performance of an organisation -- and how it can be tailored to specific organisational goals.

By combining the right elements we can deliver a bespoke integrated coaching service to meet OD activities ranging from improving talent management to supporting major organisational change.

What it can look like
Example: Integrated coaching provision to support organisational change

• In-house coach specialists attend the AEC Intermediate or Advanced Coach Training
• Managers invoved in the change attend the Manager as Coach programme
• Coach specialists support the delivery and progress of Manager as Coach programmes

• 1:1 coaching is offered to key influencers and managers whose roles are changing significantly
• Ongoing coach supervision for coach specialists maintains high quality standards
• Evaluation of coaching impact monitors progress l Any change blockages that need to be managed are identified and addressed
