Are you getting the best from your teams?
Is conflict in your teams a creative force?
How effective is your team leadership?

February 9th 2010 - 8.30am to 10.30am
The British Academy - link to map
10 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5AH

If you are facing these challenges in 2010 join our Learning Breakfast and find out how AoEC Team Coaching can provide solutions to real business situations.

The AoEC Team Coaching approach is leading edge….it is a dynamic combination of individual coaching, live action coaching, team facilitation and team development. All coaching is focused towards team performance within the wider stakeholder system.

At this event, we will demonstrate how we use our approach with scenarios such as:

  • A new team in transition: new team structures, mergers, changing objectives
  • A team with new leadership that would benefit from team development to agree goals and increase effectiveness
  • A team in difficulty where conflict and lack of cohesion is impacting performance

This will be an informative and practical event facilitated by John Leary-Joyce and Marion Gillie. There is no charge, we ask only for your active participation!

We look forward to seeing you there.

Exceptional Opportunity:

Interested in team coaching but a limited budget?

The AoEC is offering a limited number of organisations a unique opportunity to engage a team of experienced individual coaches from its pioneering Team Coach Development Programme starting in 2010. A team of 3 - 5 coaches will be assigned to your organisation to work with a team of senior leaders regularly over a one year period under the close supervision of John Leary-Joyce and AoEC faculty.

This is a powerful and effective process that will enhance the performance of individual leaders and the team as a whole as well as impacting the wider organisation.
