John is proud to be the Founder and CEO of the Academy, having worked with his team to rapidly develop the organisation into a prestigious brand with International accreditation and University recognition. Prior to that he was MD of Gestalt Centre Ltd growing the business fourfold in eight years and receiving a Company Director diploma with the Institute of Directors.

As a result, he has the expertise as a coach to focus on improving business capability and in coaching executives/managers/partners on how to develop their personal competence to lead their businesses more successfully.

He is an experienced coach trainer and supervisor and an accredited coach with Association of Professional Executive Coaches & Supervisors (APECS) and the Association for Coaching (AC).

Richard has been operating at Director level for the last 14 years. This has included Director of Consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Executive Vice President of a Global CRM consultancy, Managing Director of ACTIONCoach and Managing Director of the AoEC Corporate. Richard has a broad business experience across many industries, including FTSE and Fortune 100 companies, small private businesses and the public sector.

Richard’s experience and curiosity has led him into a study of high-performance and how talent is developed within the Corporate World. This has resulted in operation as a leadership coach working with talent programmes and senior executives.

 



Andrew Cox

Over the last 25 years Drew has held senior management positions in the Public, Private and Not-for- Profit sectors. His experience covers large medium and small companies in areas such as human resource management, commercial management, engineering and general management and he has worked as a consultant in Asia and Europe.

Drew has a Masters Degree in Change Management with a special interest in the impact of change on organisational performance at the team and individual levels.

He is also a trained executive coach and a graduate of the AOEC.



Ildeniz Yagcioglu

Ildeniz is a Chartered Marketer with 10+ years of experience leading business development projects, corporate marketing communications, branding, advertising and PR, events and database management, web development and copywriting for national and international companies across diverse industries, in the UK, China, India and Turkey. She has proven ability to drive marketing campaigns, execute successful product launches, and manage staff, external agencies and suppliers. She is a flexible, goal-oriented self-starter, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. She is highly professional and IT literate with extensive interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ildeniz has joined AoEC in 2011 and is responsible for the Corporate Services as well as developing and managing AoEC International Partnerships. Ildeniz is a qualified Executive Coach after successfully completing the Certificate and the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching Programmes with the AoEC.

In her spare time Ildeniz enjoys photography, art, salsa dancing, swimming and skiing.

Gina has over 20 years experience in business and team management, gained mostly as a manager for Shell International and subsequently in the field of education.

With a strong focus on project and change management, her career included supply chain, logistics and IT applications management before joining the AoEC in 2008. With the advances of digital marketing , Gina’s communications experience and love of technology have proved invaluable. Gina has co-authored and self-published a school history book.

Peter has over fifteen years experience working as a senior executive coach and motivational consultant to a number of highly successful high growth, innovative and global world class institutions particularly in the financial sector, advising executives at all levels on individual and corporate strategies for success.

Peter combines hard business skills with powerful motivational insights, which blend to form a unique perspective on how to combine organisational excellence through individual's performance.

He is also a trained coach supervisor, a member of the Faculty and a graduate of the AoEC.



Jeremy Keeley

Jeremy Keeley is an experienced facilitator and executive coach with a passion for helping individuals, teams, communities and organisations develop their self-sufficiency, confidence and resilience. His work focuses on developing leaders to lead change, grow their people and make key decisions collaboratively. He has run his own consultancy business since 1995 before which he was a management consultant with KPMG for over 3 years, following 11 years as a finance line professional. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Jeremy also co-founded the not-for-profit organisation Sadler Heath which brings people together on their long term development and thought leadership. Jeremy believes a crucial skill in leadership is the ability to coach and has been associated with AoEC since our very first cohort. He works with leaders and teams in about 60 different organisations across the sectors.

Moira joined the AoEC in January 2009 as a Programme Facilitator and became our Director of Training in October. She has extensive experience as an Organisational Consultant, Executive Coach and Psychotherapist. Being a member of the AoEC faculty provides Moira with an opportunity to feed her passion for realising potential for people and organisations. The AoEC gains someone with a fascinating combination of skills and experience. Moira is also committed to her own theoretical and experiential learning.



Lizzie Pawsey

Lizzie graduated from the AoEC Advanced Practitioner course in 2008 and is a member of the Faculty for the Certificate and Practitioner courses.

Lizzie is an experienced business leader, coach and facilitator. She thrives on supporting executives to make the most of their unique capabilities and talents and achieve tangible results for themselves, their team and their organisation.

Lizzie brings to the AoEC 20 years of corporate experience, having worked for several global businesses in HR and marketing leadership roles. She now works with teams and leaders across a broad range of areas including building effective business relationships, developing leadership style, coping with change, and managing career/role transition.
 



Hazel Valentine

With a Consultancy/Organisational HRD background working with clients in the UK, Middle East, Europe and Eastern Europe, Hazel as an Advanced Coach draws on a wealth of knowledge and wisdom from many business sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, retail, local authorities and entrepreneurial projects.

Hazel is author and designer of a number of accredited developmental programmes in not only coaching, but the wider field of leadership and management.

She has a Masters Degree in HR Strategy and HRD and is AoeC Faculty for the Advanced Practitioner Diploma, Practitioner Diploma and Corporate programmes for Leader and Manager as Coach.

Nick is an inspirational trainer, conference speaker and consultant who has worked with both small and large British and multinational organisations over the last sixteen years, helping create new ways of working and sustainable change. He is also a senior executive coach, his style working particularly well with dynamic senior people and “high potentials”

Nick was previously New Business Director of international advertising agency TBWA, following a successful career in advertising, sales and marketing. Nick still does a lot of work internationally and this business and customer-focus background still informs much of his work.

As well as classic business approaches, in his work Nick integrates a diverse range of qualifications, models and experience including dynamic creativity and lateral thinking approaches, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Gestalt psychotherapy, Bodywork, transactional analysis and systemic and field theory.

Sarah has been an Executive Coach since 2007 after graduating from the AoEC Practitioner Diploma course and is now also a member of the Faculty for the Certificate and Practitioner courses.
As an Executive Coach, Sarah specializes in leadership through change. She brings senior management experience from a number of commercial roles in the FMCG global market including strategy development and delivery, project leadership, customer development and business operations.
Sarah has also been interested for many years in the field of personal development and is fascinated by the power of the mind in both holding people back and driving them forward. She is an NLP Practitioner and has trained in Gestalt coaching.



Marion Gillie

Marion is a highly experienced consultant and an Accredited Coach who has worked with leaders and teams since 1983. Her background in organisational psychology, her organisation and business experience, plus her Gestalt psychotherapeutic training give her a rare and powerful combination of skills that enable her to work with systemic organisation–level issues and at considerable depth with individuals and teams. Marion is a Programme Director of the UK Postgraduate Advanced Practitioner Diploma and the Master Practitioner Diploma programmes at the AoEC. She is a Chartered Occupational and Counselling Psychologist, has Masters degrees in Organisation Psychology and Gestalt Psychotherapy, and is an APECS Accredited Coach and Coach Supervisor.



Marjorie Shackleton

Marjorie is an experienced coach and coach supervisor with extensive experience developing individuals and teams in organisations in the UK, US and Canada. Her executive coach practice is with senior executives and high potential managers in a wide range of sectors including professional services, finance and consumer goods, who use the reflective space offered to explore the ‘being’ as well as the ‘doing’ of leadership, She is particularly interested in the duality of business and personal objectives as a means to bring about sustainable organisational change.

Her early interest in supervision came from her first career as a mental health clinician where supervision was always a reflective space which offered challenge, support and new learning.Marjorie obtained her coach supervision training through the AoEC and Bath Consultancy Group and her supervision style is underpinned by systemic, Gestalt and psychodynamic thinking.

Marjorie has undertaken advanced Gestalt training in the UK and the USA including The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and The Gestalt International Study Center in Cape Cod. As a model of ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’, she continues to be drawn to it’s focus on immediacy and optimism.

Marjorie is a Programme Director for the Psychology of Coaching Gestalt Coaching and Supervision programmes at the AoEC. She is an APECS accredited coach and coach supervisor



Ted Campbell

Ted is Director of, and Principal Coach with, Executive 21, an Edinburgh based executive coaching practice. After more than 20 years in management, including many senior and international roles, he embarked on his coaching career in 2002. As a starting point, he completed the AOEC’s Advanced Practitioner Diploma and specialises in Leadership and Role Transition. He now has a reputation for enabling managers to become leaders, for good leaders to become significantly better and for newly appointed executives to hit the ground running! Ted is, also a Team Coach, Coach Supervisor and is currently researching the “value” of executive coaching

Alan’s fields of expertise are leadership coaching and training and personal development. He works internationaly. For almost 13 years, Alan was the owner and General Manager of construction company with 130 employees. He was socially active as president of Small and medium sized entrepreneurs association in Croatia for 5 years. He is a certified wing-wave, psych-k and HNLP coach. Alan is a coach supervisor and team coach. He is a AoEC faculty for the Practitioner diploma in executive coaching.

Daniela Perkovic has passionately worked as trainer and Coach for the last 14 years and as an internal training manager in several well known Croatian Organisations (Atlantic Trade, Konzum, Agrokor and M San Grupa), where she was responsible for establishing training teams, design and delivery of the training.

Nowadays Daniela is Co-founder and Partner of Sentia INT for Personal and Organisational Development, where she works as Trainer and Executive and Life Coach. Her fields of expertise are Personal Development within organisations, management, leadership, communication and relationships. She is taking a role as a Senior Assistant in the School of Personal and Organisational Development (based on Cybernetics and Gestalt, with a very holistic approach), which is organised by Sentia INT, where she completed a 2 year course in 2004. Her educational background is economics with a Bachelor Degree from Faculty of Economics in Pula, Croatia. Daniela is a NLP practitioner. She has attended numerous training courses and programmes for management and communication skills. Daniela is a certified trainer from WIFI Institute for economic development in Wien, Austria.

Spanish by birth, settled in Belgium, married to a Chinese national and working with European and International organisations at management level for the last ten years, Jon Echanove has developed an outstanding record in building multicultural teams and implementing international cooperation and negotiation.

As an expert in interpersonal communication and relationships, Jon is currently a member of ECCO, the Evolution, Complexity and Cognition group at the at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), conducting research on leadership and human experience in complex, uncertain environments.

Jon specialises in relational coaching in multicultural environments, supported by an ICF/EMCC accredited Advanced Practitioner Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC).

Stephen has a multi-cultural and multi-functional background. He is British, living in Poland with a 30-year career spanning P&G, Reckitt Benckiser, Coca-Cola Bottlers and PZ Cussons; on-the-ground in UK, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, Yemen, Russia and Poland; with assignments in Sales, Marketing and Country/ Regional General Management.

He is an Accredited Professional Executive Coach; a qualified Coach Supervisor and has a Master Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, consistent with the ICF Master Credentialed Coach (MCC) level of practice.

In addition to his own coaching practice, he is a member of the teaching faculty with the Academy of Executive Coaching and is now running coach training programmes and in-house coaching, in China.



Zia Manji

Zia has over fourteen years of commercial experience in sales, marketing and general management in the consumer food manufacturing industry and consultancy services in East Africa.

He joined Career Connections in 2002 to start up the Company's executive recruitment services, which he continues to oversee. He is a member of the REC Institute of Recruitment Professionals.

Prior to becoming a coach, Zia trained in the design of assessment and development centers providing accredited training and delivery of various assessment systems to multinational clients in the Region. He is a co-faculty on the AoEC Certificate and Practitioner Diploma programmes.



Madeleine Dunford

Madeleine is a graduate of York and Edinburgh Universities, and her background has been in the use of psychometrics and assessment and development centres for large organizations in East Africa, so as to select and develop senior talent. Her assessment qualifications were gained with specialist firms in both the UK and USA, and the organizations she has worked with over the last 13 years are mostly regional headquarters of global multinationals. She completed her Practitioner Diploma with the AoEC and is a co-faculty member for Certificate and Practitioner Diploma levels.

Cristian Tudoran graduated the MBA Canadian Programme in Romania, marketing concentration, and Investment Analysis ran by Booz, Allen & Hamillton, Inc. and he was participant in curses specialized in organizational development with companies from Japan, Holland, United States, France and United Kingdom.

He has an expertise of more than 14 years in organizational development, delivering more than 400 public presentations as tutor, trainer, and facilitator for corporations, associations and non-profit organizations, in Romania and abroad. Since 2005, as coach, he worked with entrepreneurs and organizational top managers (general directors, executives, financial directors, and HR managers).

Now, he is the President of Business & Executive Coaching Association for Sustainable Development in Romania (A.C.E.A.). A.C.E.A. is the Romanian partner of Academy of Executive Coaching.

Sue has worked in the hotel, design and television sectors as PA at senior management levels. She joined John at the Gestalt Centre in 1990 and then worked as his PA from the inception of AoEC in 2000.

David joined the AoEC in December 2009 to assist in the maintenance and development of the AoEC websites.

David has been developing websites since 1992 as both a hobby and a business, trained in some of the latest technologies he is always striving to improve a website and keep at the forefront of technology.

In his sparetime he is studying for a Batchelor of Science and a Degree in Business Studies.

Sue joined the AoEC in 2007 and currently looks after all the requirements for the Practitioner Diploma and our Psychology workshop series. Before joining the AoEC Sue spent 19 years with the BBC in a number of finance and admin roles within the local, national and international Newsrooms. Here she gained invaluable experience of working with a wide range of people and situations and dealing with some very complex admin and finance systems.
In her spare time Sue enjoys spending time in the outdoors, walking and horse riding.

Mandy is an experienced and efficient administrator with proven people skills. She has recently enjoyed a record of success in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures within a fast growing company before joining the AoEC.

Prior to having a work break to have her family, Mandy worked for one of the main UK banks and was responsible for the smooth running of the general office.

Whilst her young family were growing up, she helped in the development and running of a successful pre-school nursery which definitely tested her tenancy in implementing and maintaining adherence to the constantly changing Government policies.

Jo joined the AoEC in July 2010 in the role of Marketing Manager. With over ten years’ of marketing experience in both agency and client roles, most recently as the UK Senior Marketing Manager for Disney Consumer Products at The Walt Disney Company, Jo has a record of success in customer-related marketing, brand and strategy development as well as retail and category management. Working with the AoEC provides an opportunity for her to pursue her interest in the field of executive coaching whilst applying her marketing and commercial skills to support the future development of the company. Jo has a BA Hons in European Business Economics, a Diploma in Sales Promotion and a French Maitrise in Foreign Trade and Commerce.

Mike joined the AoEC in 2009 having previously worked for over 20 years in the Financial Services Sector. A qualified Mortgage Advisor Mike has spent the majority of his working life Managing and Developing Teams. Mike currently looks after the Master Practitioner Diploma, The Systemic Team Coaching Diploma and the Supervision Diploma amongst others.
