Overview

This 15-day programme equips experienced coaches with significant coaching skills and confidence.

It is an advanced level coaching diploma accredited through Middlesex University, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the International Coach Federation.

Who is it for?
Avanced Coach is for organisations which want to develop high level executive coaching skills in-house, or strengthen their in-house coaching capability.

It is designed for people who will spend a significant proportion of their time coaching others within their organisation.

What does it deliver?
Participants leave with significant confidence and ability, having

  • Attained the skill to coach at a performance and developmental level with senior leaders
  • Developed their own coaching model
  • Built a strong ‘signature presence’ and confidence in their style and approach.

Scope
The programme covers advanced aspects of effective coaching for management, enabling people to

  • Coach competently with leaders and executives within an organisational context
  • Understand which types of people they work with best
  • Ensure they achieve the contracted results
  • Feel confident to coach at a rational as well as intuitive level.

Style
Self responsibility and co-directed learning.

The emphasis is on fulfilling learning needs through an individual Learning Plan, to create a personal coaching model and style.

Participants have the freedom to choose their optimum path of learning, with individual support from faculty.
