This is a unique opportunity for you to:
- Learn about theory and practice from the AoEC's Founder and CEO John Leary-Joyce.
- Diagnose the strengths and development needs of a team.
- Find out how to deal with the inherently complex nature of Team Coaching in a Systemic Context.
- Identify and start to develop specific skills to practice as a competent Team Coach.
Structure of the Master Class: 9.00am – 5.00pm
John Leary-Joyce of AoEC, in partnership with Peter Hawkins of Bath Consulting Group, has created an integrative model of Team Coaching. In this workshop, John will outline their complex, systemic approach that demands a much wider range of competencies than individual coaching and will:
- Provide a definition of Team Coaching.
- Facilitate a discussion about how team coaching differs from other forms of team facilitation.
- Outline the Systemic Context of Team Coaching.
- Explore the implications of all of this to the coaching contract.
- Facilitate a discussion about the ways of looking at individual and collective Team Leadership.
- Describe the competencies needed of a Team Coach.
- Illustrate the above through coaching you on a team you are working in/with.
Those interested in learning to practice these competencies and frameworks could participate in the
AoEC's Team Coach Training Programme.
This workshop can count towards a prestigious post-graduate University degree; and carries ICF (International Coach Federation) Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs) – 8 hours.

 The AoEC is the culmination of John's 30 years in the field of training and people development in teams and groups. The AoEC model and structure draws on his academic research and wide experience of Business Leadership, Executive Coaching and Psychotherapy. His passion is the pursuit of learning to help others to grow professionally and personally.
