The AoEC has a select group of coaches who are skilled in this more complex work. On top of their coaching expertise they have substantial experience of working in or consulting to organisations, a profound understanding group dynamics and how to build and develop teams.

Team Coaching is a powerful process that combines individual coaching with team facilitation.

The Team Coach is able to support and challenge the individuals in their personal sessions, bring that insight into the team context resulting in improved team functioning and performance.

For larger groups the AoEC can also provide a team of coaches who will collaborate, interact and have team supervision to ensure the key performance, interpersonal & organisational issues are addressed.
