Gestalt Coaching Diploma - Part 1
The 2-day workshop is an introduction to Gestalt principles and practice and is a pre-requisite to the 4-day programme, which follows on and gives you a more profound understanding of Gestalt and how to embed this approach in your practice. Can be taken as part of The Diploma in Gestalt Coaching or as a stand alone workshop.
Gestalt Coaching Diploma - Part 2
Part 2 consists of 2 x 2day modules which follow on from the Gestalt Coaching workshop and aims to give you a more profound understanding of the principles of Gestalt and how to embed them in your practice.
Gestalt Practioner Module and Assessment
This qualification, which is accredited by the AoEC, can be obtained after attending Part 1 and 2 plus sucessful completion of a 2 day Practitioner module and an Assessment process. The 2 day Practitioner module provides preparation for the Diploma with the emphasis on in the moment, real time integration and assimilation of the learning from the previous 6 days.
This course is ideal for practising executive coaches or consultants who would like a greater insight into and understanding of Somatic Cognitive Coaching.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (aka: CBT) based coaching is heavily influenced by the work of Aaron Beck and Albert Ellis. It takes the view that how we react to events is determined by how we think about them.
Originating as a model of psychotherapy by Eric Berne, a Canadian psychiatrist in the late 1960’s, TA is now widely recognised in the fields of organisational development and education as well as counselling and psychotherapy.
