Accreditation:
Your guarantee of the highest standards

Commissioners of coaching are demanding ever higher standards from their coaches. We work in two ways to develop and meet their exacting criteria:

Firstly, our key coach training programmes are accredited with organisations such as the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), the Association of Coaching (AC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Programme accreditation is important to us because it means that an industry regulating body has approved the structure and content of the programme on offer.

Secondly, we have launched the AoEC Graduate Accreditation Scheme, to ensure that we recognise and support your professional development after you have graduated from our programmes.

AoEC Graduate Accreditation Scheme

We at the AoEC recognise that accreditation is becoming essential for organisations purchasing coaching programmes.

Certification and Accreditation, what's the difference?
Certification/Qualification - is the award received when a course is completed, it confirms that you have completed the training up to a required standard at that particular time.

Accreditation or Credentialising (US) is awarded for post-qualification Continued Professional Development. This means that the coaches practice has been reviewed every 3 years and evaluated by a panel as up to date and up to standard.

As leading experts in coach training we are now in a position to offer accreditation for the graduates of the Intermediate Diploma and Advanced Diploma programmes.

Individual accreditation through the AoEC for you, our graduates, means that you can be part of the AoEC brand and you will be able to work with the AoEC. You will also belong to a ‘Community of Practice’ which is dedicated to innovative thinking, professional practice and personal development.

Whether you have graduated from the Intermediate or Advanced programme, we will have got to know you as a coach, your growing edges and your professional goals. And you will know how we work, our commitment to excellence and our desire to support our participants in their continued professional success. We want to continue to build on this partnership by offering accreditation.
