Reflective, mindful practice is really important to me. I strongly encourage all my clients and students to develop journaling and reflection habits. My own daily meditation, reading and journaling practices have helped me through the peaks and troughs of life, especially the Covid-19 times, and my clients have told me how much they now appreciate these few quiet moments that they have learned to give themselves in the hustle of life as senior leaders in organisations.
