Coaching Leaders in a Post-Pandemic World

Coaching Leaders in a Post-Pandemic World

Leadership has been shifting for some time from the old style command and control to a more purposeful and inclusive style but we have been hit by something never before experienced in most of our lifetimes causing challenges that were not foreseen. Leaders have had to work like never before against pressures affecting themselves, the people they look after and their companies.

In this workshop style event we take a look at how we as coaches, can support leaders as they navigate their way out of current pandemic into a brighter future.

We will take a look at:

  • The old style of leadership and why this is no longer relevant
  • What is good leadership and why it is critical – the benefits it brings
  • How we, as coaches can play a part to help leaders make this transition

Take aways

  • We will take a look at the 5 levels of The Management Shift framework
  • You will have the chance to think about how art and music can play a part in coaching and how it resonates with you
  • There will be opportunity for some to’ give it a go’ in small groups, practice taking a closer look at the coaches role working with a leader – need help and guidance on this bit.
  • Discover how The Management Shift online Accreditation programme will help develop your skills and expertise to work with leaders to make this shift and the bigger impact that this can have.
