The AoEC Coaching Skills Certificate, is a fabulous 2-day experiential program, that will put you in the shoes of both the coach and the coachee, so you can understand the real power of coaching and its everyday applicability first-hand. Participants will be equipped with real skills that are immediately applicable. Also available as an in-house program for your organisation.
The Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, is for individuals wanting to develop a deeper understanding of who they are and how they coach. The multi-day course is spread over three months, introduces participants to a range of approaches to inspire them to develop their own coaching model, unique to them.
The Systemic Team Coaching Certificate, is for experienced coaches and organisational development consultants who wish to deepen their practise.
The Young Professionals Coaching Skills Certificate, a collaboration with CoachBright, is a unique two-day training opportunity that aims to ease the transition from higher education into working life.
All courses will be delivered in English, with the potential to be delivered in French or German at a later stage based on demand. Courses will be held in Zürich, Geneva, Basel or Central Switzerland.
We believe in experiential learning and all our courses provide an engaging balance between theory and live-practise. The learning environment is enhanced with an interactive, online platform. We also provide participants access to a digital collaboration tool for ongoing support and networking.
The Practitioner Diploma is one of the leading executive coach training programs accredited by the professional coach-accrediting bodies: Association for Coaching (AC), the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Meet The Team
Head of AoEC Switzerland
Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, James had a 15-year, international career in Banking. For him, this journey included: managing risk, sales, relationship management, team leadership, Board directorship, surviving the financial crisis, five countries and cultures.
James believes in people and possibilities and is a catalyst for connections and for growth.
His passion is helping others discover fulfilling ways of working and bringing a wealth of experience from corporate life. He is inquisitive, energetic and resourceful. Married with two daughters, James is based in Zürich.
James has completed the AoEC Practitioner Diploma and AoEC Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and is an ICF ACC coach. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Banking and Finance. James is a faculty member of the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching.

His individual coaching clients are from a diverse range of industries including Private Equity, Professional Services, Life Sciences, Technology, Financial Services, Fashion and FMCG. James also coaches teams and has worked with teams in multiple geographies including San Francisco, London, Zurich and Sydney.
Kathryn is an Executive Coach with a financial and management consulting background. From her 15+ year consulting career with Big 4 firms, she’s learnt about business: How it works from start ups to global organisations and growing her interest and experience in how global cross cultural organisations manage and derive value from change. She has worked with 40+ companies ranging in size, sector and mentality across five different countries.
Kathryn draws reflections from her own personal experience of transitioning into and out of roles, teams, organisations and countries. Each role being challenging in a different way, and often not as she had anticipated or expected! She enjoys supporting her clients to explore and access their own resourcefulness and arrive at their own next steps.
Kathryn is an AoEC Accredited Associate Executive Coaching and part of the AoEC Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching 2019-20 cohort. Kathryn is also a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and has an MSc in Chemistry with Industrial Experience. She is co-founder of Woodeson Kesby Organisational Coaching.
Philip’s natural curiosity about how teams function and how leaders shape their teams has drawn him to study coaching. He first started to study coaching to be a ‘better line manager’ when he was tasked with restructuring a large finance and procurement department. He has since continued his academic and practical study of coaching by focusing on Systemic Team Coaching and he is currently studying for an Advanced Practitioner Diploma. He is also a certified user of the Leadership Circle Profile model in addition to Agile Transformation, Scrum and ADKAR Change Management methodologies.
Philip has gained experience building and shaping high-performing teams over 25 years at Roche, Novartis, Reckitt Benckiser, Sanofi and The Medicus Group of Communications Agencies.
He maintains a strong and broad network in the Life Science sector including active leadership in the HCA, Healthcare Communications Association, a mentor for the HBA, Healthcare Business Women’s Association, a judge at the Communiqué Awards and Editorial Board Member of the Pharmaceutical Marketing Journal, amongst others.
Outside of work, Philip continues his passion for life-long learning and curiosity by being a beekeeper of over a million bees. He is also the proud father of four passionate children – which has taught him a lot about conflict!
Michelle has been a business communication trainer and facilitator for ten years before becoming an AoEC Accredited Associate Executive Coach.
She is the founder of Clarity Training and Consulting where she develops and delivers learning and development (L&D) programs for global companies, small and medium-sized enterprises and government organizations.
She has designed and facilitated more than 200 workshops for 2900 executives and managers from different countries and cultures.
She has also worked with Fortune 500 companies such as AIG, Chevron, Caterpillar, CISCO, Standard Chartered Bank and ABB.
Michelle loves to work with people and has a passion to help people achieve greater fulfillment and clarity through coaching. She is from Singapore but is currently living with her family in Zug, Switzerland.
Rachael has significant business consulting experience in healthcare technology, gained whilst working with a number of different medical device corporations and medical insurance providers and from running her family business.
She utilized her skills and intuition for coaching for more than 12 years in business before becoming an AoEC Accredited Associate Executive Coach. Rachael believes that people develop professionally as they learn about themselves personally. She has a natural and engaging style and loves learning and improving. She is currently a participant of the 2019-20 Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching in the UK. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development & Minor in Leadership and Organisational Effectiveness from Vanderbilt University, USA.
Rachael is naturally motivated to bring people together to learn, collaborate, contribute and socialize. She’s worked with others to introduce an after school charity crafting program and a local network in her community.
