Something’s not working in the way we lead teams. Across industries, managers are feeling burned out, disconnected and unsure how…
Join us in commemorating a quarter of a century of excellence in executive and team coach training as we celebrate this significant milestone in our journey.
Founded in 1999 by our visionary CEO, John Leary-Joyce, little did he know then, but he was taking the first step in creating a global brand. His big idea of bringing together psychology and business concepts to create the first advanced level executive coach training programme would see AoEC emerge as a pioneering force in an emerging industry.
From those humble beginnings, we have gone onto train 15,000 professional executive and team coaches in 100 countries. Our people have continued to push the envelope on professionalising the industry through high quality accredited training and our commitment to using our business to positively impact others has paved the way to our certification as a B Corporation.
Everyone at AoEC is proud of what we, our partners and customers have achieved over the last 25 years. We hope you will join us in helping shape, develop and influence the coaching profession over the next 25 years and beyond.
