The Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) is proud to unveil the Systemic Team Coaching® Practitioner Diploma (STCPD) - a transformative programme for experienced executive coaches, consultants and leaders working in complex team environments.
This new diploma blends rigorous theory with extensive hands-on skills practice. It equips practitioners to lead high-performing teams, navigate complexity and drive systemic change across organisations.
Structured in two parts, the programme begins with a 3.5-day introduction to core models including the SIDER Process and Hawkins’ Five Disciplines on the sister Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate – Part 1 programme. It then deepens over eight months of live team coaching, peer-led learning, structured supervision and observed practice - culminating in a final essay and case study.
With a combined total of 70 hours of team coaching education including coaching supervision, the Systemic Team Coaching® Practitioner Diploma offers a robust pathway for coaches ready to shift from individual to systems-level impact.
John Leary-Joyce, AoEC’s founder and CEO, comments: “This new diploma offers a valuable and accessible route for experienced coaches to deepen and diversify their practice. It equips them to work confidently with teams and systems and to create meaningful change across organisations.”
Based on feedback from our delegate community, the updated diploma introduces deeper levels of practice and application - giving course participants more opportunities to work in real-world team coaching situations with expert faculty support.
