Leadership and coaching are moving ever closer together and the qualities, competencies and behaviours that are becoming ever more pivotal in business agility, are the same as those which define a coaching style of leading or managing others.

Developing coaching skills will equip leaders/managers with a growth mindset and the essential skills of active listening, questioning, reflecting and summarising so that they are better at goal setting, giving feedback and managing the development and performance of team members and direct reports.
