Coaching for Companies

Coach training and holistic coaching solutions for your organisation

Unlocking leadership potential with coaching skills training

Developing your leaders and managers through coaching skills training has the potential to transform your organisation and people.

We are proud to say we have helped some of the world’s largest and most innovative organisations to build their internal coaching and leadership capabilities, helping to create alignment with each organisation’s culture.

Why Coaching Skills Matter for Leaders:

Investing in coaching skills for your managers equips your leaders with a growth mindset and the essential abilities of active listening, questioning, reflecting and summarising. This empowers them to set goals, provide effective feedback, and better manage team development and performance.

Leadership and coaching are moving ever closer together and the qualities, competencies and behaviours that are pivotal in business agility, are the same as those which define a coaching style of leading or managing others.

How can AoEC support your organisation?

By partnering with you to develop coaching skills within your organisation, we can help you in:

  • Setting a strategic coaching framework
  • Training and qualifying internal coaches
  • Assessing coach competencies against professional standards
  • Optimising coach deployment
  • Offering pathways for ongoing professional development
  • Providing a coach matching and data collection service to evaluate the performance of coaching

We always consider your organisational context, and align coaching skills with your organisation’s specific needs.
