We develop organisation’s coaching by bringing our triple-accredited qualification, the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching to you. Once qualified we provide supervision and advanced training to help them continue their growth as coaches. We assess coaching competencies against professional standards, optimise coach deployment, and offer clear pathways for ongoing development - ensuring internal coaches are confident, credible and equipped to deliver lasting impact.
