Job Description
Programme Manager
The Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) places a high value on its working culture of openness, innovation, mutual support and integrity. One of the primary functions of the Programme Delivery Manager is to support the Head of Education in operationalising the delivery of our programmes, leading on key projects to improve the quality of our programme delivery. The role also takes core responsibility in managing programme delivery of our systemic team coaching portfolio of products, including our prestigious systemic team coaching diploma. Sitting within the Operations team this is a senior role crucial to supporting the operations and customer service function of our wider Open Programmes offering.
Key Responsibilities: Systemic Team Coaching Programme Management
• Co-ordinate the systemic team coaching product team to ensure smooth operation of the product portfolio
• Action feedback from programme delivery, driving a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage the systemic team coaching programme budget – including income budgeting and cost control – scheduling programmes to ensure budgets are optimised
• Maintain commercial oversight of the product line – working with marketing, sales and the wider operational teams to ensure effective product promotion and business development
• Ensure all programme materials are delivered in line with AoEC brand guidelines and made available for AoEC clients in timely fashion
• Hold oversight for version control of delivery materials
• Act as company subject matter expert on team coaching, supporting the wider business including AoEC’s global partner network on knowledge transfer
• Allocate faculty recruitment for programme delivery, seeking input from the Head of Education as appropriate
• Contract and coordinate venues for delivery – ensuring timely operational loads of programmes into our core systems – Zoho CRM, Absorb LMS and Zoom
• Work alongside our Head of Consultancy to provide customised inhouse team coaching solutions as appropriate
• Develop thorough knowledge of accreditation and competitor landscape to support participants and the wider business
• Co-ordinate and attend meetings with our Joint Venture partner, acting as the voice for the AoEC and its customers, capturing minutes and tracking actions.
• Communicating actions or changes arising with our Head of Education, Head of Operations and wider business.
General
• Work alongside wider Operations team to ensure the smooth day to day running of programme operations
• Work cross-functionally – inputting into wider company projects as necessary, including in-house delivery of our Coaching as a Line Manager CaaLM proposition and overseeing the completion of the Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching programme
• Attend company in-person meetings and events as necessary

Skills & Competencies required
• Commercially astute self-starter
• Competent in the use of Microsoft suite of applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience of Zoom and video conferencing platforms (essential)
• Experience of CRM system and LMS platforms (essential)
• Experience of NPS platforms (nice to have)
• Solutions focused and pragmatic
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Advocate for change – looking for new and improved ways of working
Experience & Qualifications
• Experience gained in HR/L&D environment (nice to have)
• Experience in managing third party relationships (nice to have)
• An active interest in, people development and an understanding of executive coaching
• A natural communicator and relationship builder, skilled in administration
• Experience of working in a virtual environment
Reporting to: Head of Sales & Service
Working Conditions
This is a permanent, role working from home with occasional travel to company meetings in London or Kent. As this is a remote position, it is imperative that broadband is stable and the home environment is conducive to remote working.
Hours
This is a full-time role. We are however open to discussing part time hours for exceptional candidates. Applicants of a minimum 0.8 FTE only will be considered.
Salary - £27 – 30K DOE
