The Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) is delighted to announce the launch of AoEC India, expanding its global partner network into one of the most dynamic and rapidly maturing coaching markets in the world.
AoEC India will be co‑led by Anu Sukhija and Inderjeet Thareja, accomplished executive coaches and business partners with deep roots in the Indian corporate and leadership development landscape. The launch reflects AoEC’s long‑standing commitment to working with trusted local partners to deliver globally benchmarked, human‑centred coach education while maintaining the highest professional standards.
As coaching in India continues to evolve from an emerging practice into a strategic leadership capability, AoEC India will support the development of highly skilled, ethically grounded coaches equipped to work at individual, team and organisational levels. AoEC’s flagship programme, the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, will now be delivered locally, combining rigorous methodology with deep self‑awareness and reflective practice.
Commenting on the launch, Anu and Inderjeet, co‑heads of AoEC India, said: “This partnership is a defining moment in the evolution of India’s coaching ecosystem. As the leadership landscape transforms at unprecedented speed, the demand for globally benchmarked, high‑quality coach training has become critical. By bringing AoEC’s programmes to India, we are not simply making world‑class coaching more accessible; we are deliberately raising the standard of coaching practice across the country and the region.
“Our ambition is to build a new generation of Indian coaches who combine rigorous methodology with deep self‑awareness and authentic presence, coaches who will drive meaningful, sustained transformation in individuals, teams and organisations at scale.”
Paul Smith, managing director of AoEC Global, added: “India represents one of the most exciting opportunities for the future of coaching and leadership development. Anu and Inderjeet bring exceptional credibility, insight and alignment with AoEC’s values and methodology. We are thrilled to welcome AoEC India to our global network and to support the strategic growth of coaching capability across the region.”
The launch of AoEC India further strengthens AoEC’s international presence, which spans Europe, Asia, the Middle East, East Africa and the United States, and advances its mission to raise professional coaching standards worldwide.
