Executive coaching is a professional partnership designed to enhance the leadership and managerial capabilities of executives within organisations. It is a personalised and confidential process, that involves a trained coach, working closely with an executive to identify their strengths, challenges, and developmental areas. On our triple-accredited Pracitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching you will learn how to support your client or colleague to navigate their own way in achieving their goals and maximising their potential.

The sessions are an accessible one hour, hosted by one of our experienced coach faculty team, and will include information about our coach training programmes. You will hear from a recent graduate of our Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and have the opportunity to ask questions:
Our experiential approach ensures that you begin practicing coaching skills from day one, while exploring the psychological foundations that drive how people function, grow, and change. This deepens your understanding and strengthens your ability to coach effectively.
Throughout the course, you'll be learning in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment, allowing you to build confidence and apply your skills in small groups of three to four participants.
