About the Systemic Team Coaching® Practitioner Diploma
The Systemic Team Coaching® Practitioner Diploma is a two-part, practice-oriented programme designed to build expertise in systemic team coaching.
The Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate is Part 1 of the Systemic Team Coaching® Practitioner Diploma. You must complete the certificate before progressing to the full diploma.
The Systemic Team Coaching® Practitioner Diploma builds on the core learning from the certificate, and applies Systemic Team Coaching® theory to live team coaching cases through peer learning teams, structured group supervision, and observed practice. The programme concludes with a final essay and case study.
On completing the programme, you graduate with the Systemic Team Coaching® Practitioner Diploma.
Who this programme is for
The Systemic Team Coaching® Practitioner Diploma is designed for experienced executive coaches, consultants, and leaders with coaching skills working in complex team environments and looking to develop their systemic team coaching practice.
How you learn
The Systemic Team Coaching® Practitioner Diploma is a highly experiential programme providing seven days of team coaching education over an eight-month period.
You will participate in:
- One Systemic Team Diagnostic practice session
- Six peer-led Systemic Team Diagnostic sessions
- Six faculty-led practice supervision groups
- One programme learning review
You will learn how to translate the core concepts of Systemic Team Coaching ® – as covered on the Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate – into practice.
It is essential that you have at least one client team when you join the diploma programme, as your live case forms the foundation for your learning, practice, and assessment as a systemic team coach.
Your assessment includes the preparation of a case study based on your client team, and a learning essay reflecting on the development of your own unique systemic team coaching approach.
Depending on your previous experience of teamwork and practice you will move through:
- Confusion to clarity as theory is applied in practice
- Uncertainty to authority as you understand how to apply the structures, frameworks and models
- Anxiety to confidence as you practise your skills and learn from peer and faculty experiences

This programme is delivered virtually via Zoom to ensure accessibility for a global audience.
