GTCI Practitioner Programme – Systemic Team Coaching Stream
This team coaching programme, run in association with the Global Team Coaching Institute (GCTI), has the same theoretical framework and learning objectives as the three day (25 hours) intensive STCC with the AoEC or Renewal Associates.
The major difference is the delivery format comprises of a blend of virtual, online and practice sessions, which run over 10 months.

Study and Assessment
For those that want to complete the 130 hours for the EMCC accreditation, there is the opportunity for a further 85 hours of structured personal study, reflection and practice.

- STCC
- GTCI Practitioner
- Intensive highly experiential course running over 3 full days
- Courses run monthly, usually in-person currently virtually owing to Covid-19 restrictions, lots of flexibility on dates
- The original and highly regarded programme running since 2012, using the most highly qualified faculty in the field
- Provides lots of opportunity for faculty led coaching practice, with a student ratio of 1 faculty to 9 participants
- Provides an effective framework and model you can use immediately with your Client Teams
- License to use the Team Connect 360 tool
- Access to our actively managed Community of Practice
- ICF accredited for 19 CCE’s
- Blend of online and, virtual training including practice sessions, which run monthly over 10 months
- Runs annually commencing November 2020
- Bite sized learning chunks to help you manage your time
- Option of two different learning Streams depending on your preference, Systemic or Perill pathway
- Working in online groups and practice sessions with up to 24 like-minded delegates
- License to use the Team Connect 360 tool, if the Systemic stream is completed

Are there any entry requirements?
Coaches who have completed any of the following programmes are eligible for the GTCI Practitioner programme:
• GTCI Team Coaching Gateway Certification
• AoEC/Renewal Associates Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate
• CMI Team Coaching Foundation program
• The 6 Team Conditions Foundation Certification
• ORSCTM Coaching Certification
• Team Coaching InternationalTM (TCI)

This online programme runs annually.

Who are the faculty of the programme?
Throughout the 10 month programme there are 16 experienced team coaching faculty.
Many of the GTCI Faculty are also Faculty on the AoEC STCC programme. Details can be found in the brochure above.

On successful completion of the GTCI programme you will receive:
130 ICF CCEUs & EMCC CPDs
What does the assessment involve?
You need to:
• Attend live or watch the recording of all ten main sessions
• Attend live at least seven out of ten Practicums (use the Missed Practicum process for any missed)
• Attend live or watch the recording of all 10 Q&A Sessions
• Submit a final essay of 2,500 words
