The AoEC is recruiting a qualified coach and business development expert for the role Client Relationship Manager (Full-Time)
Reports to: Head of Consultancy
Overview of the Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to develop the Business-to-Business section of the AoEC. This is the part of the AoEC business which supports organisations to leverage coaching-based solutions. The role is all about building relationships with AoEC clients and potential clients, to understand and serve them effectively. The role is varied and flexible and whilst primarily being about building effective relationships will also require attention to detail in activating client project plans. This will include preparing business proposals, costing projects and pitching to prospective clients.
The successful candidate will need to be a strategic and a proactive member of the Organisations team, able to work both collaboratively and independently.
