The AoEC is pleased to reveal that Philip Atkinson and David Kesby have been appointed as its new global partners at AoEC Switzerland.

Philip Atkinson, owner of Hive Logic, has previously been faculty on the AoEC’s Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching programme and is a graduate of the AoEC’s Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. He will be delivering along with David Kesby, another former faculty member and long-standing friend of the AoEC.

They will be facilitating the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching which is triple accredited with the Association for Coaching, European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the International Coaching Federation.

Philip first started to study coaching to be a ‘better line manager’ and the breadth and depth of the AoEC framework appealed to his curiosity about many different coaching models. He is a PPC level coach and regular keynote speaker on leadership and has also taught on executive programmes at London Business School and INSEAD.

David has 30 years’ experience of leading and developing people and has been coaching individuals and groups since 1998. He has worked with leaders and teams in finance, pharmaceuticals, artificial intelligence, defence, government, healthcare, manufacturing and global tech. He is an AoEC qualified executive and systemic team coach, credentialled as a PCC level coach with the ICF, and is an Ashridge accredited coach and organisational supervisor.

John Leary-Joyce, CEO and founder of the AoEC commented: “We are delighted to have Philip and Dave join our team of international partners. This is another important step for the AoEC in broadening our reach and the relaunch of AoEC Switzerland opens up new horizons for professionals seeking high-quality coach training. We look forward to seeing the impact Philip and Dave have as the Swiss market will greatly benefit from their expertise and commitment to excellence.”

Philip Atkinson explained: “The Swiss coaching marketplace is an exciting place at the moment with many large Swiss and multinational organisations investing in the importance of coaching skills for their leaders. This focus on core skills is seen as a key competitive advantage in today’s evolving marketplace. In addition, there is great scope to support independent coaches to improve their skills and capabilities with high calibre training and experience.”

He added: “Dave and I are pleased to partner with the AoEC to bring the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching to the Swiss market. We have both enjoyed a long history with the AoEC as students and faculty and are excited by this next step.”

Founded in 1999, the AoEC is based in the UK with a network of global partners in the Middle East, East Africa, Turkey, Asia and across the European continent. Its open and in-house coaching qualifications are triple accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
