Professor Peter Hawkins, Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School, is Honorary President of the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). For the last 30 years he has been helping organisations in many parts of the world connect their strategic change, their organisational culture and their leadership development. The AoEC Systemic Team Coaching suite of programmes, diagnostic tool and coaching are based on Peter’s 5 Disciplines model which in used internationally.
We will also be offering AoEC Coaching Skills Certificate and Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching programmes. Coaching programmes will be delivered in English, with the potential to be delivered in French or Arabic at a later stage depending on demand. With an estimated 89% of coach practitioners who have attended accredited or approved coach-specific training through a training programme or university, it has over recent years become abundantly clear that credibility is important to coach practitioners. Personal accreditation or credentials aren’t only important to coaches, however, it is important to organisations as well, with a reported 83% of coaching clients that expect a credential from their coach practitioner.
The Practitioner Diploma is in the top 1% of executive coach training programmes accredited by all major global coach-accrediting bodies: the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Association for Coaching (AC),) The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Professional Executive Coaches and Supervisors (APECS).
By bringing AoEC accredited coach training programmes to the UAE serving GCC and Levant regions, this will support the continuous professional development of existing external certified coaches who provide one-to-one coaching or team coaching, train new certified executive coaches, help build internal coaching skills’ capability for HR, Learning & Development and Talent Management professionals, and help managers and leaders develop coaching skills part of their management and leadership development.

For the past four and a half years, Leila’s role has been building a successful innovative global talent management consultancy who specialise in enabling individuals, organisations and educational institutions to achieve performance excellence and career success. She has contributed to building strong relationships with international strategic partners based in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia, with clients spanning across all cultures, age groups and at all levels of business, education and the sporting world.

Ebru has been in the Middle East region for over 10 years, and comes with over 15 years Marketing Communication experience which she gained in Turkey and the Middle East when handling various international, regional and local blue-chip accounts.

Joanna has been engaged for over 25 years in enhancing and optimising people, organisations and teams within numerous and diverse performance and career initiatives.
Joanna is an accredited performance, wellbeing and behavioural coach (AQR, UK) and mentor with extensive experience in facilitating knowledge transfer, performance improvement and personal effectiveness, particularly within multi-cultural environments.
She has coached and mentored numerous individuals: graduates, individual contributors, managers and leaders up to and including executive level from a multitude of sectors, backgrounds and cultures.
At a strategic level, Joanna has consulted and implemented strategy and systems to provide holistic and bespoke frameworks. Her expertise is particularly well placed within multi-cultural and diverse environments.
Joanna’s earlier career was as a teacher and speech and drama practitioner in the UK. She then went on to work for the International Retail/Leisure group, Whitbread where she primarily worked for the International Franchise division of the Costa Coffee brand.
Since 2008, Joanna has focused on consultancy in areas of talent assessment and development, as well as coaching and mentoring. Her experience spans across: HR Consultancy, Education, Government, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, IT, Franchise: (UK – Corporate & Individual. International Master Franchises & Joint Ventures), Retail, Hospitality and Leisure.
