AoEC UK
AoEC UK was founded in 1999 by John Leary-Joyce as the culmination of 30 years of training and developing people.
A pioneer in the executive coaching space, John worked with Allied and Complementary Medicine Database (AMED) to undertake research into the advanced training of coaches. In addition, he collaborated with leaders in the field of coach training and many experienced coaches to design and implement the initial coach development programme.
20 years on and the AoEC has grown into one of the leading coach training providers working within both the UK and the global market with triple accreditation from the industry’s three leading professional bodies – Association for Coaching (AC), European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Having built a strong reputation in developing individuals, teams and organisations in the UK, the AoEC brand is now global with local teams all over the world who are dedicated to looking after the specific needs of business clients, those training to join the profession and experienced coaches investing in further developing their expertise.
Believing that learning to be a great coach is a profound and personal journey, AoEC UK offers professional executive and team coach training, as well as working with organisational clients to support their management, learning and development, talent and leadership cultures.
