Sharon Thompson-Tan Head of Asia Pacific
Sharon has been a trusted, strategic thought partner, coach and mentor to many senior executives and leadership teams. Having personally worked in senior leadership positions in both Finance & Human Resources functions within global corporations, she understands first-hand how to strike the right balance between the competing demands of delivering results and developing leaders. She’s well-versed in facilitating systemic changes across multicultural, cross-functional organisations inclusively through shared leadership, co-creation, and fostering collaboration amongst stakeholders at various levels. Mark Powell Faculty
Seasoned leadership and performance consultant with a unique mix of experience – Australian with 19 years living and working across Asia; Corporate sector senior roles in Banking & Oil & Gas; Entrepreneur having started 4 businesses in 3 countries; Former International rugby referee; and strong supporter of diversity and inclusion. Mark works with senior regional and global leaders, and executive teams, helping them to transform themselves and their organisational performance. His portfolio includes C suite executive coaching, top team facilitation and supervision and development of other executive coaches. He joined the AoEC Asian faculty in 2017.
