Soo Yin Hee, Faculty & Mentor Coach

Soo Yin partners leaders, professionals and teams to enhance their performance, development and impact. This includes facilitating vertical development or the systemic growth of how one thinks and perceive the world and capacities to navigate complexity and uncertainty.

She brings a wealth of experience in senior leadership roles in law, education, workforce development, learning and professional development, leadership and team development in private, non-profit and public sector organizations and in government, spanning industries from law, finance and education.

As a coach, she partners with leaders, professionals and teams who are having to deliver on business as usual and co-create the future, whilst navigating complex challenges. She is a Doctor of Education (Durham University, UK) with a Master of Laws (University College London). She also completed the General Management Programme (Harvard) and the Strategic Management Programme (WDA-INSEAD).

She trained in Gestalt Coaching (AoEC) and certified in a range of transformational and systemic coaching approaches with leading global coaching institutes. She also trained in Career Practitioner Supervision (NCDA), Systemic Team Coaching Supervision (RA & AoEC), and as Advanced Certified Mentor Coach (FF). She is certified in the Birkman Assessment (Mindset, Motivation, Self and Social Perception), My WorldView Assessment (Vertical Development) and Team Connect 360 (Team 360).

An avid life-long learner, she loves to take walks in nature, and choral music. She also volunteers to coach youths and young adults at tertiary institutions.

David Ng, Coach

David is a certified mentor and executive coach, chartered accountant, and consultant CFO with more than 30 years of broad industry and international exposure. His ongoing engagement as a CFO in start-ups and his research work allows him to draw on broad perspectives to engage on topics of leadership, network building, organisational development, strategy execution and operational efficiency. David gained rich experience through his global and regional leadership roles as senior executive, coach and advisor in challenging start-ups and respected MNCs. These roles were based out of Singapore, Hong Kong, London and Sydney, with a focus on Emerging Markets and Intellectual Property, in wide ranging industries namely Biotechnology, Pharma, Media, Consumer Products, Intellectual Property, Investment Banking, Consulting and Accountancy. Having coached senior executives for close to 15 years, David enjoys working alongside clients who seek to explore new possibilities in their performance mindset and outcomes. His experience in capital markets combined with a deep research ability enables him to serve in mentoring roles at various business accelerators as well as lecturing at business schools where he enjoys combining industry practice with peer-reviewed academic adventures.

Jason Woolley, Coach

Executive & Team Coach PCC (ICF), Supervisor

Jason brings an authenticity to the coaching relationship; a “shop floor” perspective. Utilising the clarity of coaching for his own leadership development and career advancement within Media, Marketing and Communications he has been a country brand lead for Dentsu X Singapore, a General Manager for GroupM Vietnam, a Regional Director for GroupM APAC, and also delivered a short engagement consulting for KPMG Vietnam as Chief Digital Officer. These are all roles that incorporated elements of financial accountability, client servicing, internal executive stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Providing coaching since 2011 his original focus was on working with small-business owners and entrepreneurs, as they are at the results-focused cutting-edge of demand. As coaching became more recognized by businesses and, having been able to apply coaching skills internally within his corporate roles, Jason has expanded his practice to include not just 1:1 coaching but also team coaching, facilitation and training, and now also includes Systems Inspired C-Suite / Leadership Supervision

Currently his clientele is split between corporate leadership development, with many of his clients in management, country or regional leadership roles, and personal or mindset coaching for effectiveness using the iEQ9 Integral Enneagram Assessment.

Michelle Lim, Coach & Facilitator

Michelle is an experienced executive coach with over 2,000 coaching hours across 16 years, partnering with leaders up to C-level across sectors including finance, government, and technology. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she is among the pioneer associate coaches supporting leadership development in Singapore’s Public Service.

Grounded in values-based and systemic coaching, Michelle helps leaders uncover their personal values, strengthen leadership identity, and align purpose with organizational goals. She is skilled in facilitating team effectiveness and leadership programmes, integrating approaches such as Team Action Learning and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to deepen reflection and collaboration.

Previously with UBS AG in strategic HR, Michelle brings a rich understanding of business and people systems to her work. She is accredited by leading institutions including Henley Business School, the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), and the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI).
