Christine had a long career in education that allowed her to lead schools as School Principal and a cluster of schools as a Cluster Superintendent. She is currently coaching and training school leaders and has extended coaching and supervision practices to coaches from ICF Malaysia, doctors in the National University Hospital and leaders from Teach for All.

Christine has been a coach since 2014 and holds a PCC from ICF and Coaching Supervision Diploma from Coaching Supervision Academy, UK. In addition, she is certified in Emotional Intelligence EQi 2.0 and holds certificates for Positive Psychology Coaching, Foundations in Gestalt Coaching and Foundations in Action Learning.

She engages with international coaches and is a lifelong learner who believes in her own vertical leadership development as leader and coach. She holds an MEd Guidance and Counselling (Nanyang Technological University, NTU), BA (Hons) Social Science (National University of Singapore), Diploma in Educational Administration (NTU) and Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching (NTU).

Soo Yin partners leaders, professionals and teams to enhance their performance, development and impact. This includes facilitating vertical development or the systemic growth of how one thinks and perceive the world and capacities to navigate complexity and uncertainty.

She brings a wealth of experience in senior leadership roles in law, education, workforce development, learning and professional development, leadership and team development in private, non-profit and public sector organizations and in government, spanning industries from law, finance and education.

As a coach, she partners with leaders, professionals and teams who are having to deliver on business as usual and co-create the future, whilst navigating complex challenges. David is a certified mentor and executive coach, chartered accountant, and consultant CFO with more than 30 years of broad industry and international exposure. His ongoing engagement as a CFO in start-ups and his research work allows him to draw on broad perspectives to engage on topics of leadership, network building, organisational development, strategy execution and operational efficiency. David gained rich experience through his global and regional leadership roles as senior executive, coach and advisor in challenging start-ups and respected MNCs. Jason brings an authenticity to the coaching relationship; a “shop floor” perspective. Utilising the clarity of coaching for his own leadership development and career advancement within Media, Marketing and Communications he has been a country brand lead for Dentsu X Singapore, a General Manager for GroupM Vietnam, a Regional Director for GroupM APAC, and also delivered a short engagement consulting for KPMG Vietnam as Chief Digital Officer. These are all roles that incorporated elements of financial accountability, client servicing, internal executive stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Providing coaching since 2011 his original focus was on working with small-business owners and entrepreneurs, as they are at the results-focused cutting-edge of demand. As coaching became more recognized by businesses and, having been able to apply coaching skills internally within his corporate roles, Jason has expanded his practice to include not just 1:1 coaching but also team coaching, facilitation and training, and now also includes Systems Inspired C-Suite / Leadership Supervision
