Founded by Dr. Evelina Rog, EJR Leadership Development is a leadership development consultancy dedicated to partnering with senior leaders, executive teams, and organisations to thrive in complex and rapidly changing environments. Dr. Rog is a PhD-level organisational psychology practitioner, PCC-level executive coach and senior systemic team coach, and award-winning executive educator, with more than 15 years' experience supporting leaders to transform themselves, their teams, and their organisations.
